By enrolling in our services, purchasing our materials, or acquiring any goods, you agree to abide by these terms.

2.1 Executive Training Services

LeaderSkillPro delivers in-person and virtual programs designed for senior professionals. These sessions are scheduled at our facilities or via secure video platforms.

2.2 Information Products

We provide downloadable resources such as e-guides, templates, and recorded workshops.

2.3 Goods

Our branded merchandise includes workbooks, stationery, and training kits.

3. Fees and Enrollment

All fees are stated in your registration details. Payment must be completed by the due date to confirm enrollment.

4. Refund Policy

LeaderSkillPro aims to ensure client satisfaction through clear guidelines below.

4.1 Executive Training Services

If you cancel at least 14 days before the start date, we will reimburse your paid fee minus any administrative costs. You may transfer your enrollment to a future session once, subject to availability. For cancellations within 14 days of the session, no reimbursement is offered due to logistical commitments and resource allocation.

4.2 Information Products

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the product remains unused and no download links have been accessed. Approved requests will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment channel.

4.3 Goods

Unused items in their original packaging may be sent back for a refund request within 14 days of delivery. You must contact us to obtain an authorization code. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

5. Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule a service must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the original date. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
